Giant’s Tawny Port

Giant’s Ports are produced by Vinhos Messias S.A., a family owned company since 1926, with 200 ha of land, of which 110 ha are planted with vineyards for the production of Port Wine. There are over 5,000 square meters, for wine making, stocking and ageing. Bottling takes place at Vila Nova de Gaia in a 10,000 square meters area.

Winemaking Process
Fermentation with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28 ºC). Fermentation interrupted by the add of brandy. Maturation in wooden casks till bottling
